Job Description

Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and inspire the sales team.
Utilize previous experience as a Sales Manager in industries such as gas, energy, chemicals, or relevant supply chain networks (e.g., semiconductors or related sectors).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Set clear goals for the sales team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and support.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with foreign counterparts and international teams.
