Responsibility / Job Description
- Evaluate warranty claims and manage repair orders.
- Create service quotes for maintenance requests and notify customers about service bulletins.
- Oversee service parts requests and ensure timely shipping for onsite implementation.
- Monitor monthly after-sales and payable service reports.
- Collaborate with the Buyers team and spare parts department for timely delivery of requested parts.
- Manage orders in online service logs to ensure materials are delivered on time, providing regular status updates.
- Offer logistical and commercial support for service-related issues and manage GSE tools when needed.
- Assist service managers and technicians with engineering drawings, logistics, and service bulletins for field use.
- Monitor product claims and work with managers and technicians to find customer solutions.
- Communicate with global service and logistics centers for shipping instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for shipment deficiencies and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipping quotes and notify customers about incoming deliveries.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher in any fields
- Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- English : Upper Intermediate - Business Level (both written and verbal)
- Korean : Upper Intermediate - Business Level (both written and verbal)
- Good command in computers (MS Office, systems)
