Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets for the sanitary ware product line.
- Identify key markets and customer segments, including residential, commercial, and institutional, and tailor sales strategies to meet their needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the sanitary ware, construction, or building materials industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar field.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, including working with architects, contractors, and distributors.
