Sales Director (Dairy Ingredients)

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the food and beverage industry, preferably in dairy Ingredients.
• Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and achieving significant revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the dairy industry, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience leading diverse and distributed teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
