Responsibilities
- Selling Products and Services:Sell the company's solutions and services to both existing and new customers.
- Customer Data Preparation:Prepare customer data for sales presentations of the company's products and services.
- Media Preparation for Sales:Create media materials for product and service presentations, including quotations and purchase agreements.
- Coordination for Product Delivery:Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Payment Follow-Up:Monitor and follow up on payment for delivered goods from customers.
- Customer Service During Sales:Provide ongoing customer service throughout the sales process.
- Relationship Building:Establish and maintain good relationships with both existing customers and potential future customers.
- Customer Satisfaction:Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with problem-solving and finding solutions for customers.
Qualifications:
- Thai National Only
- Male -Female, age between 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's or higher Degree in Marketing & Computer or any related field.
- 2+ years of experiences of selling Hardware or Software.
- Knowledge of IT sales and IBM power and Storages/IBM Management products is preferred
- Good personality with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
