Job Description
- Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new revenue andmaintaining good relationship with existing one. Responsibilities and % of TotalJob Annual Expectation (Total = 100)
- Explore the local market with sales team by professional experience and skills.
- Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grownew customer base and nurture existing customer relationships through variouschannel.
- Take care all kinds of logistics problem and complain, solve the issues andensure best effort delivery to customer.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with all vendors, push them to improveand perfect the services.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improvecustomer's experience to meet their satisfaction.
- Attend and support weekly team meetings and activities.
- Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Occasional travel as needed to current and potential clients.
- Various other tasks based on business requirement.
Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales function, focused in Liner/FreightForwarder/Logistics field.
- Sales hunting
- KPI and Commission driving
- Good command in English.
