Job Description

  • Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new revenue andmaintaining good relationship with existing one. Responsibilities and % of TotalJob Annual Expectation (Total = 100)
  • Explore the local market with sales team by professional experience and skills.
  • Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grownew customer base and nurture existing customer relationships through variouschannel.
  • Take care all kinds of logistics problem and complain, solve the issues andensure best effort delivery to customer.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with all vendors, push them to improveand perfect the services.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improvecustomer's experience to meet their satisfaction.
  • Attend and support weekly team meetings and activities.
  • Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Occasional travel as needed to current and potential clients.
  • Various other tasks based on business requirement.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales function, focused in Liner/FreightForwarder/Logistics field.
  • Sales hunting
  • KPI and Commission driving
  • Good command in English.
