Senior Business Development (Social Listening)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to close contracts.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipelines, overseeing new sales, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional, ethical, and collaborative approach in all interactions with clients and internal teams.

Experience and Skills:

  • Preferred: Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing, web and app development, and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various internet tools.
  • Previous experience in high-volume industries, leveraging marketing channels to identify potential clients.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or data analysis.
  • Strong fluency in English, with excellent client relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Highly organized with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
