Senior Business Development (Social Listening)
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to close contracts.
- Manage and forecast sales pipelines, overseeing new sales, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and collaborative approach in all interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
Experience and Skills:
- Preferred: Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing, web and app development, and e-commerce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various internet tools.
- Previous experience in high-volume industries, leveraging marketing channels to identify potential clients.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or data analysis.
- Strong fluency in English, with excellent client relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Highly organized with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
