Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create strategies aligned with company goals, set targets, and ensure successful execution.
- Manage and Support the Sales Team: Assign tasks, monitor team performance, provide guidance, and resolve challenges while fostering skill development.
- Monitor and Report Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, track progress toward targets, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Manage key accounts, address customer concerns, and ensure long-term satisfaction to build loyalty.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's performance and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales management roles
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), Fluent in Thai
- Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and sales management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Work Ethic: Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
