Key Objectives

1. Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
2. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
3. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
4. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
5. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
6. Lead and direct the work of others.


Responsibility
1. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
2. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
3. Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
4. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
5. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
6. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
7. Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
8. Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
9. Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures
10. Defining and executing territory sales plans
11. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
12. Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team


Job Qualification
1. Bachelor/Master of business administration or related field
2. At least 3-5 years experienced in Sales Manager role.
3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
7. Good English.
