Sales Manager (Chemical Products)
Our client is a global leader in food additives and chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through proactive cold calling and regular client engagement.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiate pricing and order volumes with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning sales efforts with the company's growth goals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set the annual sales budget.
  • Gather, analyze, and present market, competitor, and industry data to support the company's strategic direction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, expanding the network with industry professionals.
  • Manage and enforce payment terms with customers, ensuring compliance to minimize financial risks and maintain a healthy cash flow in all business transactions.


Qualifications:

  • A technical degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field, with strong experience in business development within the chemical or related industries.
  • 4-5 years of experience in chemical distribution, with a preference for expertise in sectors such as Water Treatment, Food & Beverage, or Oil & Gas.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven success in business development and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and negotiation.
  • Industry knowledge and network within the Thailand region.
  • Comprehensive understanding of chemical products and their applications.
