Sales Manager
Our client is a leading company in the construction products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and business development initiatives to drive company growth.
- Increase sales among target customers in Greater Bangkok, the western and eastern regions, leveraging e-commerce, telesales, and special projects.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned products and customers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for product presentations, marketing efforts, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Organize and participate in marketing and sales events, such as seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows, representing the company.
- Address customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and reduce potential business losses.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering collaboration to meet objectives.
- Drive the hiring, training, and motivation of sales staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular client visits with the team to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Serve as a liaison between R&D, production, and customers for technical support, product improvements, or new product development.
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and evaluate market potential for growth.
- Prepare and present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with reliable forecasts for management.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (other disciplines are also welcome).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc) or the construction and building materials industry.
- Proven expertise in people management and strategic sales planning.
- Strong ability to manage key accounts and cultivate repeat business through networking and relationship building.
- Comfortable working with data and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Leadership capabilities with a strong sense of decisiveness and problem-solving skills.
- Must own a personal vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
