Job Description:
- Serving as an Industry Market Leader across the ASEAN region, with expertise in sectors such as general industry.
- Comprehensive experience in sales and business development.
- Skilled in distributor management and marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying and capturing new business opportunities in Southeast Asia.
- Addressing and resolving client concerns related to quality, logistics, and sales.
- Overseeing client interactions, including visits, audits, meetings, and communication with internal teams.
- Driving the achievement of company strategic objectives and exceeding annual sales targets.
- Facilitating contract negotiations with clients and setting clear performance expectations.
- Partnering with regional sales teams to enhance profitability through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Preparing and delivering detailed reports on sales performance and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles within the industrial sector, including experience in foreign organizations and the Thai market.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to excel in challenging environments.
- Full professional fluency in English is strongly recommended.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Teams, and Power BI.
