Responsibilities:
- Managing the Quotation team to ensure proposals meet technical and commercial standards.
- Supporting Sales & Service Order Commercial processes, including contract terms, approvals, and finance policies.
- Ensuring accurate and timely order placement and expediting payment collection and order delivery.
- Handling logistics-related matters and optimizing sales and service work processes.
- Providing product training to staff and agents, and maintaining a comprehensive filing system.
- Managing complaints and issues affecting customer orders, collaborating with various teams for resolution.
- Analyzing monthly reports to enhance sales and service target achievement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of operational processes and systems/ CRM/ SRM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
