Job Description:
1.Planning & Material Control (60%)
Supply Chain Coordination: Develop and manage supply chain strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials to support production needs and delivery to customers.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory without excess or shortage
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials
Production Support: Collaborate with production teams to align material supply with production schedules, addressing any issues related to material availability or quality.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and performance metrics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance: Ensure that supply chain operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including inventory levels, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
2.Purchasing & Procurement (30%)
Sourcing new supplier both local & offshore supplier to meet specification and requirements in term of cost and delivery
Cooperate with global inter company and oversea supplier to get offshore material to support production
Work with subcontract to ensure supply to our production
Monitor in the agreement of the procurement process and general agreement of company.
Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendor to ensure procurement process.
Cost control, Vendor and Contract management
Coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers to select the right material for new product at NPI phase
VAVE ability to cost down with supplier
3.Warehouse Management (10%)
Ensure Good Receive & Invoicing are correctly
SAP for Warehouse are fulfil and implement
Qualifications:
Understanding of SAP system, Inventory forecast and planning, BOM , MOQ , Safety stock and Reorder point , ABC / XYZ AnalysisKnowledge of capacity planning , material consumption calculation ,stock card , FIFO , Slow moving stock , inventory turns or any production planning approaches .
Sourcing skill , Injection knowledge will be advantage
Negotiation skill
Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistic system
Able to perform audit supplier & evaluation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Engineer, Science or relate fields.
10 years experiences in Supply Chain, capacity and or strategic planning and Purchase or Procurement preferable in Automotive or Electronic industry.
Good command in English TOEIC score more than 500 is highly prefer.
Familiar with ERP / SAP system.
Able to relocate to work in Amata Citi Chonburi.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
Good customer service/interpersonal skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
Logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems with Can Do attitude.
