• Planning: Developing a strategy to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing costs
• Sourcing: Purchasing raw materials and supplies to meet demand
• Production: Ensuring the company makes enough products to meet demand
• Distribution: Delivering products to customers on time and within budget
• Optimization: Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Performance: Measuring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Communication: Working with suppliers, distributors, and other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and to negotiate business relationships
• Risk management: Identifying risks and taking action to prevent or correct them
• Cost management: Identifying cost drivers and initiating cost-saving measures
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular reports on warehouse operations

Skills and knowledge that are helpful for an SCM Head include:

• Understanding of distribution and logistics
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Insight into economic conditions and market dynamics
• Interest in innovative technologies
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and distributors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering or any related fields.
• Background in Food, Food Chemical, Pharma, FMCG and Healthcare.
• Training Abroad.
• Good of English
