Business Development ManagerReports to:General Manager

Position Objective:
(Accountabilities)
The Business Development Manager aims to enhance the company's market position and achieve financial growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on forming and nurturing meaningful relationships with new and existing stakeholders to support the company's strategic goals and increase profitability.
Position scope:
(Authority)
Responsible for budget and financial approvals within the department, including purchase order approvals. Holds authority for employment decisions and is tasked with leading internal and external communications related to business development. Additionally, this role is in charge of approving all department-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), forms, and support documents, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.

& Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields, with an MBA preferred.
  • Least 8 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a significant focus on business development or strategic sales.
  • Ability to travel regionally with minimal assistance.
  • In Microsoft Office Suite and overall computer literacy.
  • Good command of English.
