Responsibilities:

Design user-centric interfaces with a strong focus on usability, aesthetics, and functionality.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Define and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Ensure designs align with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Present design concepts and ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience in user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into designs.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team

Working Days: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (90% work from anywhere)
