Responsibilities:
In charge of utility system operation and maintenance includes HV & LV electrical system, HVAC system, CDA system, fire protection system, cool water system etc. related to utilities.
Support facility hookup work, machine installation and office renovation.
Make technical document and update plant layout.
Support ISO14001 Environmental Management system and continual improvement.
Support GSSF (Global Star Safety Framework) implementation in Facility.
Support construction project management.
Complete "special" assignment as required.
Be responsible for site safety, health, security and emergency systems awareness.
Employees should strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guideline in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
Implement TPM to support productivity improvement.
Set up Preventive maintenance activity & maintain necessary spare part.
Lead in energy saving project.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Support for the quality and safety & environmental management system in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO45001 and ISO 14001.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree major in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Have 10 years experience in facility operation and maintenance (Chiller & Cooling system, Air compressor from automotive manufacturing.
High Voltage Licenses and Low Voltage License.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project.
Good knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor License.
Good command of English and Thai.
