  • To manage Logistic Sales and Business Development in Air, Ocean, Local Transportation and Warehousing
  • To Build and lead a strong Business Development team, achieve both short-term/ long-term target (monthly/semi-annual revenue & profit performance review)
  • To Establish national supply chain strategy, to ensure that Team grow quickly to become an absolute top tier logistics company
  • To Lead a team of int'l freight/express sales and Cooperate with procurement experts, drive the team to perform and deliver results
  • To closely monitor trends on rates of Air & Ocean freight and work with procurement experts to secure competitive price and stable space
  • To Achieve sales target, present the performance in reports and internal regular meetings (weekly/monthly/semi-annually)
  • To manage/monitor sound Business Opportunity (Inventory) level of all Sales Team in South East Asia and Australia
  • To set up Go-To-Market strategy by region and make sure the sales activities go in line with the strategy
Qualification
  • EDUCATION
    • Bachelor's degree above
    Major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
    • English Advance Level, other language skill is a plus
  • QUALIFICATION
    - More than 8 years in logistic industry and more than 3 years
    - The candidate should have field sales experience at all levels, from initial approach to contract closing, particularly in BPO-level sales. They must be able to provide appropriate solutions and system setups, considering both brand and revenue aspects.
    - As a leader, the candidate should have an experience of leading staffs and also should have a promotion history
