Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target large-scale projects in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and interior designers.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by closing project deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide consultation on product selections and specifications tailored to project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitary products into ongoing projects.
- Provide clients with accurate product knowledge, technical details, and solutions to meet project timelines and standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product delivery, quality, or installation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the sanitary industry.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations for clients and project stakeholders to showcase product benefits and innovations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring products are positioned as premium, reliable, and value-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in project sales, preferably within the sanitary, construction, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with sanitary products, plumbing systems, and related technical specifications is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Thai language and English is an advantage.
