Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand the company's products, services, operations, and pricing.
- Manage inbound customers: Present and sell products and services to target customers, from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Conduct outbound sales independently: responsible for identifying potential customers, finding prospect lists and contacts by yourself, finding the most effective approach, and introducing them to the company's products and services.
- Follow up on deals to the signing of the contract, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Provide training on the system, and take prospects to warehouse visits, guide them through various operational processes.
- Participate in marketing events and support sales efforts in customer meetings as needed.
- Find a way to cross-sales or add on special services and help push new products and new revenue for the company.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Utilize the Sales CRM systems: Regularly update and maintain customer and sales data.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Meet quarterly sales targets, conduct meetings, and acquire deals to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B, Warehouse Fulfillment sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of sales conversion or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office and Google tools (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Technical proficiency with sales and communication tools.
- Adaptable and strong problem-solving skills.
