Responsibility:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets for automated packing systems within the FMCG sector.
- Manage projects and oversee client accounts, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Identify, maintain, and expand the customer base by seeking new clients and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to drive performance and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and project management for factory automation in consumer goods.
- Background in plastics, manufacturing processes, or cardboard industries will be considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good Command in English and Thai languages.
Working Day: Mon. - Fri. (Stand by on Sat.- Sun.) (Attend the meeting at office every Monday)
