Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote and sell chemical products, including specialty and industrial chemicals.
  • Provide clients with in-depth technical knowledge of chemical products and their applications.
  • Recommend appropriate products based on customer requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on orders and deliveries.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Work closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or technical support within the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical products and their industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
