Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Promote and sell chemical products, including specialty and industrial chemicals.
- Provide clients with in-depth technical knowledge of chemical products and their applications.
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on orders and deliveries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Work closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or technical support within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical products and their industrial applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
