- Guiding and supporting of contractors and customer's staff during machine assembly
- commissioning of the machine by himself or in a team with mechanical, electrical engineers respectively
- Setting and optimization of electrical alignments as well as calibrations on the respective machines
Acceptance test/production start. - Testing the machine and start running production
- Acceptance run based on agreed jobs and specification
- Start running and optimizing production, machine settings as well as process related parameters
Training
Training content is machine related and process and required technology with raw material know how are involved - Training and instruction of customer's staff (shop floor)
- Training courses for customer's personnel (classroom and shop floor)
After sales service/troubleshooting/repair and First Level Support - Supporting the machine from end of installation whole machine life time
- Service engineer for hands-on and repair
- Troubleshooting at the machine as well as in case of production errors
- Service support
- Experience in the actual machine program and former machine generations
- First Level Support for FFS, Paper Sack and Extrusion machines
