Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Engage with customers on the floor and at the checkout, assist them in selecting products that best meet their needs, and provide recommendations based on product knowledge.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, manage POS transactions, ensure cash discipline, and maintain accuracy in billing and change handling.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize deep knowledge of board games and related products to enhance customer experience and provide expert advice.
- Store Presentation: Organize and maintain displays, showcases, and shelves; regularly sort and arrange products to enhance store presentation and customer appeal.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization, refilling, and tracking to ensure items are readily available for customers.
- Customer-Focused Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that promotes ease of navigation for customers
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in a retail store; experience in games, books, or related fields is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
- Technical Skills: Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of board games and familiarity with gaming culture is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
