Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all SMT production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Optimize production processes and workflows to maximize throughput, efficiency, and product quality.
- Monitor and improve SMT production line performance, including equipment uptime, yield rates, and cycle times.
- Lead and supervise the SMT production team to ensure high performance, safety, and adherence to production goals.
Qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SMT production, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing SMT operations.
- Proven experience managing large production teams in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in SMT equipment, processes, and technologies, including surface mount assembly, soldering, and inspection processes.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
