Software Tester (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a software QA lead is expected to undertake in their position:
- Create and design application and software testing processes
- Monitor system and software functionality
- Ensure offerings are entirely functional and provide quality assurance for software products
- Automated testing and problem-solving of various tasks that work towards a development
- process
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
- Collaborate to develop test plans and new approaches for seeking out bugs and exploits in
- end-user-facing applications
- Establish and implement rigorous reporting and automated monitoring systems
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Ability to work on multiple projects
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
- Preferably educated with computer science or IT related degree
- Experience in a similar role
- At least 1 - 2 years' experience in Software Tester
- Knowledge of Selenium or any other automated testing frameworks would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of C# / SQL would be desirable but not required
- Strong personnel management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills working with software development teams
- Analytical approach to troubleshooting
- Time management skills and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with QA methodology and software development frameworks
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken
