Responsbility
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities or a large facility, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
- Manage building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, ensuring they are operating optimally.
- Ensure that all facilities are compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to maximize facility performance.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in facility management software (e.g., FMX, Archibus, Building Engines).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business applications.
