Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project plans for expanding private aviation services into international markets, including creating timelines, defining milestones, and allocating resources effectively.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify promising overseas markets, evaluating demand, regulatory requirements, and the competitive environment.
- Prepare financial models and projections to assess the feasibility of entering new markets, including cost evaluations, revenue forecasts, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, and legal, to ensure coordination and clear communication throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate international aviation regulations, ensuring all operations adhere to local laws and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks related to international expansion and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, minimizing any impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, budget status, and any emerging issues.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders in target countries to ensure smooth market entry.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- High proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Travel-ready and able to travel abroad as required for project needs.
- Experience in project management within the aviation or transportation sectors, particularly related to international expansion, is an advantage.
- Strong financial skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in financial decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
