Responsibilities:
Handling complaints, managing engineering service at multinational companies in automotive.
Provides high quality services to meet customer and partner's expectations.
Constantly follow the customer requirements, be a professional customer and partner representative.
Plan, manage and monitor the activities, motivate and evaluate the subordinates performance.
In case of quality problem at host, ensure to prepare and start up the mission as standard.
Products supervision, follow up break points.
Carry out internal process audits.
Implement 8D and other corrective actions, apply quality assurance tools.
Work from home and stand by to support supplier as needed.
Travelling is required including Bangkok, Chonburi, Rayong.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in related field of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Production, Industrial and Electronics).
Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
At least 3 years familiar working in the Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1-2 supplier).
Quality related experience (8D report, Root cause analysis, 5S, 5 Why)
Technical knowledge (able to read part drawings, general knowledge about parts functions in car/motorcycle)
Have own car, able to travelling to Bangkok, Chonburi, Rayong.
Knowledge of automotive specifications, standards and quality tools.
Quick problems solving skills.
Good organizing, managing, communication skills.
Customer oriented attitude.
Audit experience.
Able to work from home.
