Job description
To be a lead of strategy plan & implementation of supply chain for start up new plant.
Manage Specialist of Supply Chain + Customer Service & Logistics Representative and Warehouse team as well as work corporate with other operation team.
Plans, schedules, designs, manages and executes supply chain processes involved in the movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption.
Manage and optimize in-plant and external warehouse, packaging, select best forwarding, transportation, trucking, International freight and follow up with customer.
Ensures budgeting processes are followed and monitor expenses to remain in budget.
Lead regional physical inventories and cycle counting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply chain Management or Engineering field.
10+ years Supply Chain experience, preferably an International Supply Chain environment that includes both of domestic and international logistics.
Very good command of Thai and English.
Able to work among Bangkok office and Nakhonsawan plant.
Ability to leverage Best Practices from internal and external sources for Supply Planning and Capacity Management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and familiar to use SAP system.
Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing principles.
Thorough understanding of ensuring the safety of packaging and warehouse areas and work practices in accordance with the site Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with employees and vendors at all levels in a cross cultural setting.
Understands the plans for meeting the business strategy and objectives, and how it relates to daily activities.
Demonstrates speed and flexibility as appropriate in responding and adapting to changes.
