Job Description:
- Monitor the entire process of goods movement through the database.
- Control the completion of the database.
- Find inconsistencies in filling out the database and eliminate them.
- Interact with the customs agent, synchronize the processes of the warehouse and the customs agent.
- Find inconsistencies in filling out documents and eliminate them.
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 5 years working experience as warehouse management in logistic industry only.
- At least 3 years management experience as supervisor or assistant manager.
- Full understanding in logistics, warehouse and customs operation process.
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel.
- Advance conversational high level in English.
