Warehouse Manager

Location: Samut Prakan

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure precise inventory control and establish efficient policies for the movement of goods in and out of the facility.
• Supervise customs-related processes to ensure logistics activities run smoothly and accurately.
• Optimize resource utilization to achieve high service standards, exceptional quality, and cost efficiency.
• Foster strong partnerships with customers and consistently enhance customer satisfaction levels.
• Drive operational excellence by evaluating performance metrics, boosting productivity, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all employees are adequately trained in compliance with operational guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor employee conduct and take timely corrective measures in cases of disciplinary issues.
• Inspire, guide, and manage staff to meet performance benchmarks and achieve operational goals.
• Liaise with Customs, CIQ, and other regulatory authorities within the bonded area.
• Revise and implement operational policies related to customs declarations and compliance for the team.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, engineering, or operations management, including expertise in handling chemical storage facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in warehousing, personnel management, and operational execution.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949 standards. Familiarity with China bonded regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and cost management skills.
