Job descriptions:
Leader-Supervisor Plastic Welding & Fabricator is responsible for all welding and fabrication activities.
Perform various management and supporting tasks in welding, fabrication, test & inspection functions of custom parts in manufacturing environment.
Manage teams of welders and fabricators in the department as well as work with other departments to ensure success.
Demonstrate, coach, and train plastic welding skills that meet or exceed all standards and requirements.
Assembly and testing of blueprints (cabinets, shelves, boxes, etc.)
Complete tasks and assignments through operating procedures and specific oral and written work instructions in both Thai and English to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
Follow and enforce company policies for safety, housekeeping, workmanship standard, part handling and equipment usage rules.
Perform various other tasks assigned and required by the company.
Date and time record in ERP systems
Qualifications:
Needs to have welding/fabrication experience.
Must be able to speak and read English to a good standard.
