About the Role
As a Wet Product Development Technologist, you will lead the creation and refinement of innovative wet pet food products. This role requires a deep understanding of pet nutrition and product development, from concept to market launch, ensuring quality and alignment with consumer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product development for innovation projects, collaborating with Marketing, Regulatory, and OEM customers to deliver on-time, technically sound solutions that succeed in the market.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities and align them with business objectives.
- Conceptualize, develop, and test new product formulations, prototypes, and production trials, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Optimize and enhance existing products to maintain competitive performance while achieving cost efficiency.
- Conduct performance testing to meet project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years in product development, with strong expertise in pet food processing, animal nutrition, and food science.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with AAFCO, FEDIAF, and DLD standards.
- Innovation: Experience managing projects from initial concept through execution and launch.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
