Automation Engineer (Urgently Hiring)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee the installation and operation of robotic assembly systems for a leading tech customer.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their feedback and ensuring their needs are met.

• Work closely with remote technical experts and on-site teams to diagnose and resolve system issues.

• Utilize real-time data, diagnostic tools, and customer input to identify and fix hardware and software challenges.

• Train customers on system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Keep detailed reports and contribute to ongoing improvements in our products and processes.

• Occasionally travel (up to 10%) for training and development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.

• A strong background in automation, robotics, or a related field.

• An Associate's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's Degree is a plus).

• Hands-on experience with PLCs, vision systems, and electro-mechanical systems.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.

• A calm, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar industries.

• Basic familiarity with coding, command line interfaces, and LAN systems.
