Reporting Relationships
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager. This role has no direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on customer needs and provide technical solutions in the Oil & Gas (O&G) and Power industries.
- Drive growth in the Growth Hub and Downstream Industry portfolio within Thailand.
- Strengthen relationships with predefined accounts through face-to-face visits and plant walk-downs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the installed base at customer plants.
- Travel approximately 80% or more of the time to meet with clients and oversee operations.
- Conduct plant visits and validate the installed base:
- Self-motivate to plan and organize visits to predefined accounts in Thailand on a weekly basis.
- Independently establish connections and schedule appointments with plant customers.
- Develop knowledge of applications and solutions.
- Create relationships with new customers and maintain the satisfaction of existing plant
- Develop a mechanism to track the installed base during site visits and verify it in Salesforce.
- Add and update new assets in Salesforce.
- Upload detailed trip reports to Salesforce and provide debriefings to stakeholders. - Operate and update tools:
- Use tools such as product sizing programs and Salesforce. - Work closely with the local outside sales team and agent network:
- Communicate and resolve site problems with customers and debrief the local outside sales
team and agents.
Requirements:
- University degree in process control or mechanical engineering
- Fresh graduates having 1-2 years of experience with right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Discipline to plan and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to the Plants in Thailand. Be able to plan ahead for current + next month itinerary for plant visits.
- A strong, confident team player who is able to work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Trustworthy, open & communicative individual, who is adaptable, stress-tolerant and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic, with initiative and drive and a strong sense of urgency in solving problems.
- Fluency in English with good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, as client-facing time is approximately 70-80%
