Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok official stores.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and content to ensure consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and execute action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align e-commerce promotions with broader campaigns, leveraging platform advertising tools to increase traffic and conversions.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing initiatives to improve ratings and reviews.
- Stay updated on market trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Oversee e-commerce budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce operations on third-party platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace dynamics, including platform-specific tools for promotions, advertising, and seller management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel and platform dashboards for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A passion for the skincare or beauty industry is highly desirable.
