About the Role:

As Head of TikTok, you'll shape and execute the overall TikTok strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales for our clients. You'll lead a talented team, maximizing our clients' success in digital commerce through powerful campaigns and creative content. Your work will help brands grow their presence and drive sales results on a fast-evolving platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop TikTok Strategy: Create forward-thinking strategies that drive engagement and boost sales, staying on top of the latest TikTok trends.
  • Drive Client Growth: Manage TikTok campaigns, using data insights to optimize performance and ensure positive ROI for our clients.
  • Lead a Talented Team: Inspire and guide a skilled team in social commerce, providing support and resources to succeed in content, ads, and client relationships.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Brand, Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to align TikTok strategies with broader business goals.
  • Analyze and Share Insights: Track campaign performance and TikTok trends, delivering key insights to clients and the team.
  • Build Relationships with TikTok: Maintain strong ties with TikTok to get the best support and insights for our clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 7+ years in social media strategy, with solid experience on TikTok, ideally in an agency or eCommerce setting.
  • TikTok Expertise: Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, content styles, and what engages users.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams, with a focus on inspiring growth and new ideas.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to design high-impact strategies that achieve client goals.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to turn data into clear action plans.
  • Creative Thinking: A flair for creating engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for working with clients and teams.
