Plant Manager
- Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product launch
- Actively involved in line set up, layout planning and workers' training plan
- Continue improvement on output and efficiency
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the plant
- Review and improve operational management for all levels in the plant to achieve effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure a smooth plant operation that complies with internal policies and customer requirements
- Responsible for overseeing assembly and industrial engineering department
- Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.
- Participate in factory renovation and refurbishment
- Able to deal with and achieve customers' requirements
- Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry
- Handle ad hoc assignments as require
Production Manager
- Ensure production capacity align with production planning schedule
- Analyze the production data in all aspect for lean management
- Ensure manufacture flow strictly adhere with SSOP to meet quality scope
- Participate in new product reviews, and plan ahead to meet delivery schedule
- Able to presciently address problems & solve for all production crises
- Responsible for the arrangements and coordination of all affairs in the workshop production process
- Control material wastage, analyze and summarize the production material overtaking and replacement
- Proactive with all relevant department in order to effectively & efficiently implement production target
- Familiar with the implementation of automation on related production facilities
- Plan workshop layout and implement the principles of "6S" management
Engineering Manager
- Lead and manage an innovation project team to design and develop new products from conceptual phase to production
- Communicate and liaise with both external and internal customers
- Supervise Engineering Team, resource & job arrangement for the Project Team
- Product design & manufacturing feasibility analysis / product improvement
- Responsible for development process / project planning / project schedule / cost control / pilot run and successful production
- Need to handle multiple projects and work independently
- Sustaining engineering and continuous improvement responsibilities
Quality Manager
- Lead a team of quality supervisors, engineers and inspectors to support activities from new product development NPI to mass production stages
- Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on supplier management, process control and product quality
- Follow directive from Top Management to manage quality and related functions.
- Define and maintain quality standard and policy, align with corporate standard and customer's requirement.
- Develop and provide quality guidelines to suppliers, enforce and ensure compliance.
- In charge of supplier factory audit as well as company in-house audit.
- Act as the main point of contact on all quality matters, both internally and externally
Supply Chain Manager
- OEM/ODM/OBM electrical and electronic finished products industry
- Overseeing and managing the operation's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations
- Mainly responsible for PMC, warehousing, customs and shipping / delivery operations in an environment of production facilities in Thailand
- Including maintaining inventory and records and handling of excess stocks
- Handling communications re: customer delivery schedule and inquiries
- Preparing for relevant material planning reports
- Problem solving for related issues (e.g. delays in delivery)
- Collaborating with other relevant internal departments including Procurement to close operational gaps
Human Resources and Administration Manager
- Strong sourcing candidates proactively via Linkedin, Job Boards, etc.
- Experience in enhancing corporate culture
- Participate in the entire employment cycle and play a major role in staff recruitment
- Handle the full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, social fund, taxation and liaising with insurance vendors
- Drive HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, rewards review
- Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system and attendance and leave record
- Set and review current HR policies on a yearly basis and release notice when needed
- Ensure all HR processes and policies to comply with legal requirements
- Manage office administration and facilities; company vehicles' licenses and insurance
- Prepare various HR reports for management review
- Supervise a small team to handle daily operations
Requirements:
- University graduate in Production Management / Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering or related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years working experience of which at least 3 years in managing a sizeable factory and managing people; experience in electrical appliance is an advantage
- Fast pace, flexible mindset, willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong problem solving, influencing skills, communication and people management skills
- Preferred to have knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing
- Strong knowledge in fixture and equipment
- Strong automation knowledge and skill set
