Sales Manager (Aesthetic)

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and monitor sales goals, regularly evaluating performance and making necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
  2. Analyze and enhance current team processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Define individual sales quotas and allocate territories for team members to maximize coverage and performance.
  4. Prepare and present detailed and accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic planning.
  5. Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  6. Promote a competitive yet collaborative team environment to drive motivation and success.
  7. Manage local and regional sales activities, including promotions and campaigns, to boost market presence.
  8. Direct and coordinate sales operations within assigned regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  9. Advise distributors and dealers on company policies and Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistency.
  10. Develop and execute territory sales plans tailored to market conditions and opportunities.
  11. Identify and explore emerging markets to uncover new sales opportunities.
  12. Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing direction and support to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of 3-5 years in a Sales Manager role, preferably within a relevant industry.
  3. Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic business plans that expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  4. Strong ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
  5. Experience presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as providing realistic forecasts to management.
  6. In-depth knowledge of emerging markets and market trends, with awareness of competitive products and strategies.
  7. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
