Responsibilities:
Builds Trust with Customers and Dealer/distributor
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong, productive long- term client relationships.
- Addresses customer requests and needs in a timely manner.
- Leverages Zoetis' tools, products and services to co-create value for the customer and Zoetis Budget Management.
Account Planning & Management
- Analyses our customers and markets and identifies opportunities which can be addressed by Zoetis solutions, co-creating value and providing a good return on investment.
- Develops tactical plans to deliver profitable sales growth in line with defined and agreed business priorities
Solution Selling
- Builds rapport and uses the Zoetis Solution Selling process of in-depth questioning and listening skills to connect customer needs with Zoetis products and services.
- Results oriented: eager to achieve objectives and obtain the targeted results. Can confront obstacles to accomplish objectives.
Business Acumen
- Identifies and acts on business opportunities, market/industry trends and issues for strategic planning to drive growth and increased penetration of Zoetis products.
- Prioritizes and analyses industry data to anticipate factors that could impact strategies, plan and position in the marketplace.
Qualification
- At least 8 years successful sales experience
- Proven success in managing Strategic or Key accounts
- Resource/ Budget Management experience
- Demonstrates accountability mind-set
- Experience of working in Animal Health industry
