Responsibilities:

To manage the sales team and develop strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's customer base while continuously improving the team's performance to achieve the set targets.

Job Details:

  1. Sales Strategy Planning:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  2. Sales Team Management and Development:

    • Lead, manage, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance the team's capabilities through training and development programs.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Address and resolve customer issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  4. Budget Management:

    • Manage and control the sales department's budget according to the business plan.
    • Adjust strategies based on available resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:

    • Track and evaluate sales performance regularly.
    • Analyze results to adjust strategies for achieving higher sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and demonstrate leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the freight and cargo service industry.
