Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue generation and profitability growth within assigned client portfolios, meeting or surpassing essential business indicators such as EBIT and working capital goals.

  • Design and execute strategic account plans that address immediate needs and support long-term business objectives.

  • Take ownership of service-level agreements with clients, tracking and optimizing KPIs like cost efficiency and value delivery.

  • Ensure seamless daily account operations and consistently maintain accurate pricing structures.

  • Champion continuous improvement by spearheading initiatives that enhance profit margins and commercial performance.

  • Uncover and capitalize on additional business opportunities within current customer relationships.

  • Implement effective reporting mechanisms that enable your team to deliver precise and timely insights into account performance and pipeline potential.

  • Interpret operational data and market trends, oversee service program outcomes, conduct performance reviews, and drive enhancements.

  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold high service standards.

  • Establish and maintain clear sales processes and governance frameworks, resolving gaps and aligning with compliance standards.

  • Encourage a team culture grounded in collaboration, performance, and mutual support.

  • Inspire, train, and elevate team members to align with business direction and enhance operational capabilities.

Key Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant discipline.

  • Proven experience in account management and delivering expert supply chain support and customer engagement.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.

  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and developing solutions in fast-paced environments.

  • Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams with measurable results.

  • Effective at influencing stakeholders and fostering constructive working relationships both inside and outside the organization.

  • Ability to oversee multiple workstreams efficiently while adhering to project deadlines.

  • Well-versed in core financial principles, especially EBIT and working capital optimization.
